Toledo police to call back 29 officers July 1

City officials announced Tuesday afternoon that they grant money to bring back 29 officers on July 1.

The money is from the state of Ohio, the federal government, and from the Toledo Public and Washington Local School Districts.

The city learned about the money last week but made the decision Tuesday on how it would be used.
