The Rev. Paul Kwiatkowski, retiring after more than 44 years in the priesthood, is greeted by Maria Carmen Fragoso, a 40-year parishioner of Immaculate Conception Parish. The priest said his last Mass as pastor there Sunday.
He was at the church, at Western Avenue and Broadway, for 15 years.
