East Toledo man slain; suspect charged

An East Toledo man was shot and killed early Sunday, and police have charged his alleged assailant with murder.

Dexter T. Wilkey, 40, was pronounced dead in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center shortly after the shooting, which was reported to police about 1 a.m. in the 400 block of Fifth St.

Harrison D. Graham, 25, was charged about 10 hours later in connection with the death, and he was being held in lieu of a court appearance in Toledo Municipal Court.
