A man accused of fatally shooting another man at a Fourth of July party in East Toledo was indicted yesterday by a Lucas County grand jury and charged with aggravated murder with a gun specification.
Harrison Graham, 25, is accused of killing Dexter Wilkey, 40, who was shot about 1 a.m. July 5 in the 400 block of Fifth Street. Authorities said the men were quarreling over a woman. Mr. Wilkey died shortly afterward in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.
