Victim of crash near Napoleon is not yet identified
7/19/2009NAPOLEON - Authorities Saturday had not yet positively identified the person killed in a one-car crash just northwest of Napoleon.
Henry County sheriff's deputies said a Pontiac Grand Am was southbound on County Road 15 just north of U.S. 6 about 1:15 a.m. Friday when it failed to negotiate a curve, went off the left side of the road, and flipped over.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger, Toby L. Beck, 20, of Archbold, was treated at Henry County Hospital, deputies said.
