Toledo man waives extradition in Monroe County murder

Zavier Fleetwood, who is accused of killing and robbing a Bedford Township man, waived his extradition rights Monday afternoon at Lucas County Common Pleas Court and will be handed over to Monroe County authorities.

Lucas County Common Pleas Court Judge Denise Ann Dartt ordered Mr. Fleetwood, 19, of 1349 East Broadway, held at the Lucas County jail in lieu of a $250,000 bond pending the hand-over. which will occur within three days.

In Monroe County, Mr. Fleetwood is facing charges of open murder and robbery in the death of James Robert Williams, 38.
