Two more Toledo-area schools have reported confirmed cases of the H1N1 virus, commonly known as swine flu.

Officials at Highland Elementary School in Sylvania and Christ the King School in West Toledo informed parents this week that a child in their school was recently diagnosed with the influenza, and will be out of class for several days.

A sibling of the Christ the King pupil who attends the school also reported not feeling well and will stay home as a precaution, said a spokesman for the Toledo Catholic Diocese.

Officials at both schools said cleaning crews have since disinfected the classroom space. The students have the first confirmed cases of swine flu in Sylvania Schools and the Catholic Diocese.
