Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program about where to find Randy Ellis Martin, 41, who allegedly punched a man at a Stop N Go at Monroe Street and Upton Avenue Sept. 25, causing a serious head injury.

The victim, Mark Brown, 44, spoke with Martin at 5:10 p.m. Martin was driving what appeared to be a Pontiac Sunfire. He got out of the car and allegedly hit the victim, causing him to fall, police said.

Mr. Brown was admitted in critical condition to Toledo Hospital later that night, officers said. A hospital spokesman said Friday she had no information about a person by that name.

Martin is described as black, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, and 185 pounds.

Anyone with information about him is asked to call the Toledo Crime Stopper Program at 419-255-1111.
