The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library's new hours, reduced in response to budget cuts, take effect Sunday.
The branches and their new hours are:
Birmingham, Lagrange, Maumee, Mott, Reynolds Corners, South, Washington, Waterville, and West Toledo: noon to 8:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
Kent, Locke, Point Place, and Toledo Heights: noon to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
Main Library, Heatherdowns, Holland, Oregon, Sanger, and Sylvania: noon to 8:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
The Sanger branch also will be open from 1 to
5:30 p.m. Sundays. It is the only branch to have Sunday hours.
