10/6/2009

Investigators from the state Fire Marshal's Office are looking for occupants of the apartment complex in Springfield Township that burned this weekend, as well as witnesses to the blaze that caused $2.5 million damage and left 34 people homeless.

Occupants of Building J in the Hidden Cedars Condominium complex, 6201 Garden Rd., and any witnesses are asked to contact the fire marshal's office at 800-589-2728.

Forty firefighters from the Springfield Township, Monclova Township, and Toledo fire departments worked three hours to get the fire under control, said Springfield Township Fire Chief Barry Cousino. The cause hasn't been determined.
