Boy, 16, shot outside West Toledo store

A 16-year-old boy was shot during a fight Saturday night outside a West Toledo business.

The boy, who's name was not released, was taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center, formerly the Medical College of Ohio Hospital, before police arrived. His condition was not available.

The boy was shot during a fight in the parking lot of Moe's Market, 4401 Hill Ave., about 10 p.m. Saturday, police said.

At least two 18-year-old boys were involved in the fight, but the identity of the shooter is unknown.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
