Former white supremacist schedules 2 talks in Findlay

FINDLAY - A former white supremacist is to speak at Owens Community College's Findlay campus today about his journey from promoting hate and racism to a message of hope.

TJ Leyden, who spent 15 years as a recruiter, organizer, and propagandist for the white supremacist and neo-Nazi movement, will speak at noon today in the Conference Center about "Turning Away from Hate."

Mr. Leyden also will speak at 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. at the University of Findlay's Alumni Memorial Union. The event is free at Owens and $1 at UF.
