    Toledoan Tre Smith, 17, weeds the property. Young Smith and young McCreary were among six area youths at the site yesterday through Toledo Grows-CITE, which teaches job skills to at-risk teens. CITE is a Lucas County Juvenile Court job-training effort, and Toledo Grows is the Toledo Botanical Garden's community garden outreach program.
