Suspicious fire damages South Toledo house

A suspicious fire heavily damaged a South Toledo home early Sunday morning.

The blaze at 549 Jervis St. was reported about 1:50 a.m., authorities said.

The fire caused about $22,000 damage to the two-story house owned by Joe Gorney, authorities said.

It remains under investigation.
