Leaf collection planned in 3 Toledo ZIP codes

Leaf collection will be done today in curbed streets in the 43606 and 43612 ZIP Codes and uncurbed streets in the 43614 ZIP Code if green and white signs are posted, according to Toledo's Division of Streets, Harbor, and Bridges.
