    Judge Keller also administered the oath of office Sunday to Councilmen, from left, Michael Sheehy, Sandy Bihn, James Seaman, Dennis Walendzak, Clint Wasserman, and Terry Reeves. Councilman Jerry Peach was absent.

    A luncheon and open house are set for outgoing Mayor Marge Brown at 12:30 p.m. today in council chambers, 5330 Seaman Rd. Ms. Brown was mayor for eight years before her Nov. 3 defeat.
