Man robs Charter One Bank in downtown Toledo

A man in a cap and gloves robbed the Charter One Bank branch at 337 North Huron St. downtown of an unknown amount of cash about 1 p.m. Friday.

The man fled on foot in an unknown direction. He is described as about 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and in his 40s. He was wearing a white baseball cap, white gloves, and a black jacket with white stripes.

Police are on scene now and looking for the suspect.
