DESHLER, Ohio - Officials have not determined why five cars of a train derailed just outside the west edge of the village Saturday, a CSX spokesman said Sunday.

The spokesman, Bob Sullivan, said no one was injured. An investigation has not determined a cause.

The train, which had two locomotives and 98 freight cars, was traveling from Toledo to Cincinnati with loads of paper, auto equipment, and coal coke. The derailment occurred at about 10:30 a.m. Mr. Sullivan said service was restored late Saturday, and crews were on the scene Sunday repairing damaged track.
