Holiday Closings
2/14/2010Toledo, county, state, and federal government offices will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents Day. Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicle deputy registrar sites across the state will be closed or offering limited services. In Oregon, city offices will be open.
A list of select businesses and services follows:
Public utilities
Emergency services will be available for Toledo Edison and Columbia Gas customers.
Retail centers
Westfield Franklin Park Shopping Mall will be open regular hours from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Town Center at Levis Commons will be open regular hours.
The Shops at Fallen Timbers will be open regular hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Hours may vary for department stores, theaters, and restaurants.
Libraries
All branches of Toledo-Lucas County Public Library will be open.
Mail service
Post offices will be closed and there will be no mail delivery.
Bus service
Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a regular
schedule.
Trash pickup
Refuse collection will be will leap one day for Toledo residents. Collection
services in suburban communities vary.
Parking
Meter parking in downtown Toledo will be free.
