A teenager faces up to 43 years in prison when he is sentenced later this month for the armed robbery of a Burger King.

Clarence Fuller, 18, of 3126 Warsaw St., pleaded no contest this week in Lucas County Common Pleas Court to four counts of aggravated robbery with a gun specification. He will be sentenced March 16 by Judge Frederick McDonald. As part of the negotiated plea agreement, the prosecutor's office will recommend that any prison time be served concurrently.

Assistant County Prosecutor Jevne Meader said Fuller, his uncle, and his brother entered a Burger King to rob the restaurant and those inside Dec. 29. Fuller had a gun. A citizen followed the men and called police.
