Mandy Flagg and Freddie Flores, both of Toledo, wait outside the Lucas County Arena downtown for tickets to see Elton John in concert there April 25. About 8,100 tickets for the concert go on sale at 10 a.m. today, and Ms. Flagg and Mr. Flores were already outside waiting yesterday afternoon.

Ms. Flagg said she wanted to get a ticket for her mother, Deb Ostrander, because seeing rock legend John in concert is atop her ‘bucket list.'
