A second Toledo man was sentenced to prison Thursday after he entered a plea in the armed robbery of a fast-food restaurant.

Demoris Bell, 28, of 2241 South Ave. was sentenced in Lucas County Common Pleas Court to seven years each on four counts of aggravated robbery plus an additional three years for a gun specification. He pleaded no contest to the charges.

Judge Frederick McDonald ordered the sentences be served concurrently to each other but consecutive to the gun specification for a total of 10 years.

Authorities said Bell and his two nephews entered the Burger King on Western Avenue on Dec. 29 to rob the restaurant and those inside.

Bell's nephew, Clarence Fuller, 18, of 3126 Warsaw St., was sentenced on Tuesday to nine years in prison after pleading no contest to similar charges.

Also charged is Fuller's brother, Deonte, 17, who is to appear in Juvenile Court on Wednesday for a hearing to determine whether he will face aggravated robbery charges as an adult.
