The last of three family members charged in the armed robbery of a fast-food restaurant was indicted Tuesday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Deonte Fuller, 17, was indicted on four counts of aggravated robbery with gun specifications. Last month, he was certified in Juvenile Court to face the charges as an adult.

He is accused of accompanying his brother Clarence Fuller, 18, of 3126 Warsaw St. and uncle Demoris Bell, 28, of 2241 South Ave. during a Dec. 29 robbery of a Burger King on Western Avenue and those inside it. If convicted, he faces up to 43 years in prison.

Bell, of 2241 South Ave. was sentenced March 18 to 10 years in prison after pleading no contest to four counts of aggravated robbery with a gun specification. Clarence Fuller, who authorities said had a gun during the robbery, was sentenced March 16 to nine years in prison after pleading no contest to similar charges.
