NEW YORK — Toledo's Owens Corning held its annual shareholders meeting here yesterday, but company officials declined to discuss what happened.
A spokesman said the results would be in a future regulatory filing.
Its proxy said shareholders were asked to elect Ralph F. Hake, a former chairman of Maytag Corp.; F. Phillip Handy, chief executive of Strategic Industries; and OC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael Thaman to three-year terms on the board of directors. Approval of a new stock plan for executives also was on the agenda.
