Agency in Fostoria names new director

FOSTORIA — A longtime employee of the Fostoria Economic Development Corp. is now its executive director.

Joan Reinhard, who began working for the agency 13 years ago as executive secretary, has been interim director since March, 2009, when James Bischof left the job.
