Police arrest 2 suspects in jewelry store robbery
4/27/2010Police arrested two men they say robbed a West Toledo jewelry store shortly before 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The suspects, who were armed, were arrested with goods and cash taken from Antypas Brothers Jewelry on Laskey Road, Sgt. Bill Wauford said.
The police crews, responding to a robbery alarm, arrived at the jewelry store as the robbers were leaving after handcuffing an employee. The officers chased them down and made the arrests.
