TIFFIN — A Republic, Ohio, man arrested last year with 90 bags of black-tar heroin was sentenced yesterday to 10 years in prison by Seneca County Common Pleas Judge Michael Kelbley.
Seth Hoover, 24, pleaded guilty yesterday to trafficking in heroin and was sentenced for that charge along with previous convictions on six counts of trafficking in cocaine and two counts of trafficking in crack cocaine.
He was arrested by the Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit in August after a traffic stop.
