When given the opportunity to nominate any of the 85 teachers at Anthony Wayne High School, the first teacher that came to mind was Amanda Zoeller.

Mrs. Zoeller is every administrators dream. She is articulate, a great communicator, and dedicated to her students and collaboration with her colleagues. Staff and students describe Mrs. Zoeller as friendly, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile to make Anthony Wayne High School a better place.

She is an educator in every sense of the definition. She is active in her department and has served as foreign language department chairman for the past five years.

She has also been the freshman class adviser for seven years and student council adviser for two years. With all of these positions, she has shown dedication to the goal of quality education for all students.

“Mrs. Zoeller's dedication to the success of all students is an inspiration to all,” Principal Jeri Hoellrich said.

Mrs. Zoeller has a bachelor's degree in elementary and Spanish education for kindergarten through seniors from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in secondary education from the University of Toledo.
