Jacqueline Martin, the longtime executive director of the Lucas County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, has resigned her position but will remain with the agency until February of next year.

The board accepted the arrangement in a 9-0 vote at a special meeting Wednesday afternoon.

Its chairman, David Schlaudecker, said Ms. Martin would be assigned to special projects at her $145,000 executive director's salary.
