A 2,400-square-foot house that was built during the school year by about 150 high school students attending Penta Career Center was unveiled to the public Sunday.

The house was built for the Doerfler family at 26405 Spring Trace Drive in Perrysburg Township. It has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

David Ziemke, Penta supervisor of construction trades, said students build a house each year as part of a senior class project. The project is part of the high school curriculum in the construction trades programs.
