DETROIT — A fourth member of the Hutaree militia was scheduled to appear at 1 p.m. Wednesday in U.S. District Court to sign paperwork and be released from jail on electronic monitoring, a court spokesman said.

A stipulation agreement between federal prosecutors and the defense attorney for Kristopher Sickles, of Sandusky, was filed with the court.

The release order follows the same stipulations placed on three defendants in the Hutaree case who were released Tuesday.

Mr. Sickles, 27, must live with his wife, Kelly Sickles at their home in Sandusky until he and the other nine defendants go on trial.

Judge Victoria Roberts has scheduled a Nov. 4 trial date. They are charged with plotting a violent overthrow of the U.S. government and attempting to use weapons of mass destruction.
