B.G. man sentenced to 5 years for robbery

BOWLING GREEN — A Bowling Green man was sentenced Tuesday to five years in prison for robbing the Advance America Cash Advance on Fremont Pike in Perrysburg Township Oct. 30.

Matthew A. Nagley, 39, had pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery in a plea agreement with prosecutors that included the dismissal of a second count of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping.

Wood County Common Pleas Judge Robert Pollex ordered Nagley to pay $1,785 restitution to Advance America.
