Toledo police ticket 123, arrest 4 in traffic blitz
6/8/2010Toledo police issued 123 speeding tickets and made four driving-under-the-influence arrests during enhanced traffic enforcement across the city during a recent nine-day period that included the Memorial Day weekend.
The additional manpower was paid by an Ohio Department of Public Safety grant.
