B.G. child center to offerparent-training sessions

BOWLING GREEN — A 12-week parent-training program will be offered beginning June 29 at the Jordan Center at Bowling Green State University.

The Bowling Green-based Children's Resource Center is offering the “Incredible Years” training program, which is geared toward parents of children ages 3-8. It teaches parents how to increase children's self-esteem, build their self-confidence, and discipline effectively. Child care and a light meal are provided during each weekly session. Program cost is assessed on a sliding scale based on ability to pay.
