REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio — A Paulding County dairy herd has tested positive for bovine tuberculosis, or Cattle TB, a form of tuberculosis that can infect most warm-blooded animals, including humans.

The herd was tested by the Ohio Department of Agriculture's animal disease diagnostic lab. The affected animals were removed and an investigation begun to find any other infected livestock, the state said. An official said no known human illness is associated with the incident.
