A Toledo man accused of setting fires throughout the city was indicted Friday by a Lucas County grand jury.
Henry Lee Jackson, 43, who police say is a squatter in vacant homes, was charged with two counts of arson. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison.
Jackson was arrested July 22 after authorities responded to a fire on Thayer Street in South Toledo. He was still near the vacant home when firefighters and police responded and was arrested after a chase.
