Cedar Point to reveal 2011 plans on Facebook

SANDUSKY — Cedar Point, the hometown amusement park owned by Cedar Fair LP, said Wednesday that it will use the social media Web site Facebook to reveal clues about — and announce this month — the park's expansion plans for 2011.

Officials said the park has approximately 490,000 followers on Facebook and wants “to reward them for their support and let them have some fun in the process.”
