South Toledoan accused of $677 food stamp fraud

A South Toledo man has been charged with illegal use of food stamps in a $677 fraud, authorities said.

Raymond Barrow, 33, of the 2100 block of Central Grove is accused of collecting the benefits of his late father, who lived in Gibsonburg and died in December.
