Woman in critical condition after North Toledo shooting
9/5/2010A woman was shot in the chest Saturday night in North Toledo.
About 11:46 p.m. Latrease Thompson, 32, and her friends got into a verbal argument with two suspects on the corner of Mayo Street and Suder Avenue in North Toledo.
As the two groups separated and the victim and friends began walking away, the suspects shot at the group, striking her in the chest. She was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center and is listed in critical condition Sunday.
