Blade readers' tips have helped authorities capture another fugitive featured in a full-page advertisement.

Robert Martinez, 24, of 924 Buffalo St. was charged with assault and domestic violence after a June 29 incident in which he punched a woman and tried to force her into his vehicle.

He was arrested late Thursday after a Crime Stopper tip, said Deputy U.S. Marshal Rodney Hartzell, head of the northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

At least nine fugitive suspects were caught this week, thanks to readers of The Blade who tipped off police to the suspects' whereabouts after seeing them among the 25 mug shots printed on Tuesday in a new weekly print ad in the publication.

The suspect to be featured as the crime of the week in this coming Tuesday's full-page advertisement will be Nathan Gray, 40, of 3227 Franklin Ave., wanted for rape and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He is charged with having sexual relations with a child under the age of 13 between June and December, 2006, and with a child between the ages of 13 and 16 between December, 2006, and December, 2008, Mr. Hartzell said.

Mr. Gray also will be featured this week as among the "Dangerous Dozen," the top fugitives in Ohio wanted by the U.S. Marshals.

Authorities believe Mr. Gray is being assisted by others to elude capture, Mr. Hartzell added.

"Anybody found harboring him is going to be charged. Money, loaning him a car, getting him a hotel room," Mr. Hartzell said.
