Detroit consultant sues in coking plant site work

A Detroit consultant who claims it hasn't been paid for several hundred thousand dollars in site work it did for a proposed $800 million coking plant has filed suit in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.

NTH Consultants Ltd. claimed last month that it is owed more than $305,000 for services it rendered on behalf of FDS Coke Plant LLC in 2005. The case has been assigned to Judge Frederick McDonald.
