A Sylvania Township man who was arrested for creating and possessing child pornography was sentenced this week to 90 years in prison.

Shawn M. Lennard, 30, of Flanders Rd., was previously found guilty in U.S. District Court in Toledo of four counts related to child pornography. Judge Jack Zouhary sentenced him Monday.

According to court documents, Lennard produced child pornography involving a minor boy and distributed the depiction across state lines in August and September 2009, according to court documents. He also received child pornography between 2008 and 2009.

According to the U.S. Attorney's office, Lennard posted messages on an Internet Web site under the alias "boysdaddy" and "boysdaddy1" that he had images of a 7-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy engaged in sexually explicit conduct. A search of Lennard's home in September, 2009, found several files containing child pornography.
