TIFFIN — Seneca County's director of emergency medical services told county commissioners this week that he plans to resign Nov. 19 after three years on the job.

Ken Majors said he took a full-time position in Toledo with the Mercy St. Vincent's Life Flight management team.

He is credited with turning around Seneca County's once-floundering EMS system by revamping the billing system and recruiting volunteers.
