Attorneys for Tony Packo’s Inc. family members involved in a lawsuit for control of the company, which is being run by a court-appointed receiver, spent 4 hours Friday in a closed hearing before Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Gary Cook.

The attorneys for plaintiff Robin Horvath, the company’s chief operating officer and treasurer, and defendants Tony Packo Jr., the company president, and his son, Tony Packo III, a company manager, would not comment. The receiver, Steve Skutch, managing partner of Skutch Co. Ltd., also declined to comment.

Judge Cook scheduled another hearing for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 20. Mr. Horvath, who is the president's nephew, is suing his uncle and cousin, alleging they withheld company financial records from him and need to explain more than $100,000 in questionable disbursements.
