Woman killed in possible hit-skip accident in Findlay

FINDLAY — Police are investigating the death of a woman in what may have been a hit-and-run accident early Sunday morning.

Findlay police were called to the 300 block of Center Street about 2:20 a.m. on the report of a possible injury crash and a pedestrian lying in the street.

Officers found a woman lying in the street with severe injuries. Paramedics were called but the victim was later declared dead.

The accident remains under investigation.
