Perrysburg has $50,000 grant for ash tree work

Perrysburg has received a $50,000 Western Lake Erie Basin emerald ash borer community grant for removal of ash trees on public property and replanting of 25 percent of the trees removed.

This project addresses Perrysburg's urban forest on public lands including street trees, Fort Meigs Memorial State Park, Fort Meigs Union Cemetery, Perrysburg schools, and city parks.
