ALVORDTON, Ohio — A Williams County woman was seriously injured Saturday night when she lost control of her vehicle while crossing a set of railroad tracks.

Carol L. Domiano, 46, of Alvordton was in serious condition Sunday in Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.

According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, Ms. Domiano was southbound on Williams County Road 20 just before 11 p.m. when she crossed the tracks a half-mile north of County Road P, just south of Alvordton. Her car went off the left side of the road, became airborne, struck a ditch, and overturned, ejecting Ms. Domiano.

Troopers said she had not been wearing a seat belt.
