The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority will start shuttle-bus service for Toledo Walleye hockey home games Saturday.

Walleye Shuttle buses will leave six park-and-ride locations one hour before game times at the Huntington Center: the north lot at the Lucas County Recreation Center in Maumee, River Place Shopping Center in Perrysburg, Centennial Terrace in Sylvania, Waterville Plaza, and, in Toledo, at the Miracle Mile Shopping Center and the parking lot near the Westgate Sears store.

Shuttles also will pick up hockey fans at three stops on Adams Street in the UpTown entertainment district between 20th and 14th streets.

Return trips will leave the arena 20 minutes after each game's conclusion. The fare will be $1 a person, each way. Game tickets are not required.

Walleye Shuttles carried 8,857 passengers last year during the inaugural season.
