Tornado victims remembered

Those attending a groundbreaking for Lake Township's administration building observe a moment of silence for victims of the June 5 tornado that struck the township. Empty construction hard hats atop shovels Friday symbolize those who died from injuries from the storm. The administration building is being built at the site of the old one on Cummings Road.
