Social phobia, anxiety in kids to be discussed

Owens Community College is hosting a free lecture on social phobia and anxiety in children at noon Tuesday.

Deborah Beidel, professor and director of the clinical psychology doctoral program at the University of Central Florida, will speak in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts' Mainstage Theatre. A reception will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the center's rotunda.
